Most of the nostalgic animated Disney movies of my childhood left a lasting mark on me — longer than most people I know. I recently asked my 12-year-old niece if she still likes Disney princesses and she almost vehemently said "No", and when asked "Did you grow out of them" she said "YES."

Well, I just turned 32 like a week ago and I see nooo sign of me growing out of this "phase".
PS: I plan on totally Disneybound-ing on my next trip to Disneyland.

There's just something about Disney movies. I love the newer ones too (Moana absolutely stole my heart) but I could watch the older ones from the 20th century over and over again; they always manage to bring me back to a simpler and more innocent time of my life. I suppose the magic of their movies is all about reminding you to always remain hopeful because everlasting happiness is always at the horizon.

At what age is it NOT good to experience all the feels like these, amiright?
I don't know how else to explain my affinity for Disney products especially the fashion related ones. Maybe you've seen my Cinderella oversized top or my Alice In Wonderland clutch? How about my Snow White denim jacket? I can't say no to Mickey and gang either, nope — just can't get enough of 'em.

PS: I also have a collection of Disney mugs, fyi.

Which is why when I saw these Disney socks in Topshop, I couldn't resist! I may have gotten a whole load of their, ehem, Disney delicate under garments as well but they're a bit TMI to be shared here, so I'll just leave you with pics of my Snow White, Ariel and Dumbo socks...

Which are your favourite old-school Disney movies? Mine are Mulan, Alice in Wonderland, The Little Mermaid, Aladdin, Beauty and the Beast, Pocahontas, The Lion King, but at this point I would be naming almost all of them but oh let's not forget the half-animated Mary Poppins, too!

So, important question: At what age should I stop wearing my Disney items? A question that haunts me, as I don't have an answer for it — hence, me needing your insight on this, guys, please send help. Hit me up in the comments section! ❤
